Orders will usually be posted within 1-2 working days. Most orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st class, and generally take around 1-2 working days to be delivered once posted. These delivery times are not guaranteed and your order could take longer to arrive at busy times such as leading up to Christmas.
Larger orders may have a tracking number which you will find in the dispatch email.

Orders will be sent by airmail and can take anything from a few days to several weeks to arrive, depending on where you are in world and the time of year! The average time for an international order to arrive is around 5-10 working days, although please be aware this is just an estimate.
Royal Mail does not class an international item as lost until around 6 weeks have passed.
Most international orders will be sent tracked and you will receive the tracking number in your dispatch notification email. Smaller items such as single cards will be sent by standard airmail, unless ordered with other items.
The buyer is responsible for any customs charges, import duties, tax etc. EU customers please note that there may now be customs charges/tax to pay on delivery due to the UK leaving the EU.
If you change your mind or are not happy with your order, you can send it back for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving it. If you would like to return something please email email@example.com for details of how and where to return your order to.
Items must be sent back in a re-sellable condition and return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
If you are returning an item from outside the UK, please mark it as a 'return' on the package, otherwise customs charges may be payable which will have to be deducted from your refund.
Custom and personalised orders are non-returnable.
If an order arrives damaged or faulty please let me know and send a picture if possible, and this will immediately be sorted out.
If an item is sent back because of an incorrect address, it can't be delivered or no-one is available to sign for it and is not collected from the post office in time, you may have to pay again for delivery.
If your order is a gift and is going straight to the recipient, you can enter their name and address for the delivery details, then just tick the 'gift' box at checkout and you will have the option to add a gift message. This will be hand-written on a postcard at no extra cost. No pricing information will be added, but please be aware that if your order is going outside of the UK I have to legally write the value of the item on the customs sticker which will be on the outside of the parcel. Customs charges, import duties, etc may still be charged on arrival for international orders as I cannot legally mark anything as a 'gift.'
