House Portrait Illustration Print

A custom house portrait illustration as a finished print, in either A4 or A3 size.
 
This would make a lovely house warming or new home gift or a unique Christmas gift too.
 
The illustration will be hand drawn in ink before being scanned and coloured digitally, then printed out digitally onto an archival matt 230gsm paper.
 
Please note the print comes unframed.
 
*Important information, please read carefully*

As soon as you have ordered, please send me some photos of the house by email to 'hello@helenacarrington.co.uk'.  The photos should be taken from straight on. If you don't have any photos then please send me an email first as most buildings can usually be found on google maps or somewhere. 
 
The turnaround time between receiving the photos of the house and sending you the proof of the illustration will generally be about 2-3 weeks.
 
Let me know if there are any features you specifically want left out - for example bins in front of the building, plants, bushes, a fence etc. 
 
The finished piece may be either portrait or landscape depending on the shape and size of the house - if there is one you would prefer over the other please let me know when ordering.
 
When I have finished the illustration I will send you a preview to approve before I print it.
 
This listing is for a custom house portrait of a small/medium sized house. If the building you would like drawing is very large and complicated or a different type of building such as hotel, hall, mansion, etc or you would like extra things added, this will cost extra as it will take longer to draw, so please contact me first and I can create a custom quote for you.

This listing is for a finished physical print and no digital copy will be provided. All copyright remains with the illustrator.

• Printed onto an archival 230gsm matte paper.
• Unframed.
• Titled and signed on the front.
• You can choose from 2 sizes: A4 - 29.7cm x 21cm, or A3 - 42cm x 29.7cm.
• A4 is packaged flat with a hard backed board (unless ordered with an A3 print in which case it will be rolled), A3 is rolled in a cardboard tube.
